Jesus is…
The Lion of the Tribe of Judah

I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
Dear Father, I exalt the Lord Jesus, the only One Who could be the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I rejoice that He has always possessed all the power, authority, majesty, strength, dominion and wisdom of the supreme Lion to rule all of His kingdom. I praise Him that He is the Messiah of the Tribe of Judah, and the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Who conquered suffering and death forever and ever! I bow before the sovereign Lion of the Tribe of Judah Who is absolutely worthy to break the seals and open the scrolls of the Revelation of the future! I join Charles Rolls in acknowledging the great-ness of the Lion in “Time’s Noblest Name”: “The insuperable strength of Christ in His Lordship as the Lion of Judah enables Him to save to the uttermost, subdue all things to Himself, stabilize His kingdom eternally, and satisfy His redeemed forevermore. No force flourishes that He can-not frustrate; there is no might He cannot master, no strength He cannot subdue, and no power exists over which He cannot prevail. The position He holds and the power He wields entitle Him to coordinate the nations by gathering them together in one, to consummate an eternal union and to consolidate the everlasting Kingdom.” I pray that I and all His sub-jects will submit our bodies, minds and spirits to the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, in Whose name I pray these things. Amen.
