SCRIPTURE READING:
Hebrews 3:3-4
Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
SIGNIFICANCE:
The LORD JESUS CHRIST has conceived and constructed everything into existence.
Dear Father, I give highest honor to God, the Son, Who is the supreme Builder of Everything (and the Creator and Maker of everything). I remember with great awe that the Builder of Everything was with You in the beginning, and that He has all wisdom and understanding, is all-powerful, and is Lord of all the resources of His kingdom. I praise Him that He did a perfect job of building everything just by speaking His mighty word. Hallelujah, that nothing is lacking in Him, and that He rules with all glory and majesty over all He has built. I pray that I and all believers in Christ will praise Him as the exalted Builder of Everything, and that we will live every part of our lives upon Him. I am delighted when I consider what wonderful workmanship He has put into us! Please convict us to repent from giving our allegiance to any other influences that falsely claim to be builders without Him. I pray You will compel us to urgently share the true hope we have in the Builder of Everything with the huge numbers of lost people all around us, and that You will open their hearts to receive Him as their Builder very soon too. I pray these things in the name that gives all life—Jesus. Amen.
