SCRIPTURE READING:
Psalm 89:14-18
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne;
love and faithfulness go before you.
Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you,
who walk in the light of your presence, Lord.
They rejoice in your name all day long;
they celebrate your righteousness.
For you are their glory and strength,
and by your favor you exalt our horn.
Indeed, our shield[b] belongs to the Lord,
our king to the Holy One of Israel.
SIGNIFICANCE:
The LORD JESUS CHRIST, like Jehovah was to Israel, is the Holy One Who reigns in the midst of His Church.
Dear Father, I exalt the all-holy Father, Son and Spirit. I rejoice that the Lord Jesus Christ created the universe out of His perfect holiness, and He lives and rules in pure holiness, now and forevermore. I praise Him that His holiness undergirds His abounding righteousness, justice, love, faithfulness, and all His other glorious attributes. I exalt Jesus that He spent His earthly life demonstrating Your holiness to His chosen people of Israel, then He rose from Israel to offer the fullness of His holiness to me and the whole world. Hallelujah! Jesus is the Holy One of Israel. I earnestly pray that You will reveal much more of the Holy One of Israel to me and to all other believers in all nations, so that we will constantly live in His holiness and praise His holy name all day long. I pray that multitudes of unsaved people all around us will be touched to the core of their spirits with longing for the Holy One, and will very soon receive Him as their holy Savior and Lord. And, may vast numbers of people in Israel today receive their holy Messiah and King too. I pray all these things in His sacred name. Amen.
